| [Objective] To study the clinical efficacy of three small point chiropractic technique combined with acupuncture in the treatment of juvenile cervical spondylosis. [Methods] A randomized controlled study was conducted to analyze the clinical data and treatment of 100 adolescent patients with cervical spondylosis. 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the experimental group were treated with three small point chiropractic technique combined with acupuncture;50 cases in the control group were treated with three small point chiropractic technique. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms and curative effect of the two groups were observed,and the relevant data before treatment and the last follow-up were counted. [Results] The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the degree of pain and the improvement of cervical curvature between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Compared with the simple use of three small fixed-point chiropractic technique,the three small fixed-point chiropractic technique combined with acupuncture has higher efficiency in the treatment of adolescent cervical spondylosis,more obvious improvement in pain control,and more ideal effect in the improvement of cervical physiological curvature,which has clinical value and is worthy of large-scale clinical application. |
