Abstract
|
[Objective] A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) method was established for the simultaneous determination of 12 components in Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction granules, including 5-O-methylvisammioside,nodakenin,casticin,notopterol,osthole,columbianadin,isoliquiritin,liquiritin,chlorogenic acid, isoliquiritigenin, liquiritigenin, and ferulic acid. [Methods] The chromatography was performed on an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7 μm) with a gradient elution of 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. The column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 5 μL. The samples were detected by an electron spray ionization(ESI) in both positive and negative ion modes using the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode. [Results] The linearity of the 12 components in Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction granules was found to be good within their linear ranges. The results of the precision, reproducibility, stability tests, and recoveries met the requirements. [Conclusion] The method established in this experiment is efficient, stable, and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction granules. |
