Abstract
|
[Objective] To systematically sort out the current research status of the technical operation standardization of Chinese medicine, put forward the existing problems and give solutions, and at the same time look forward to the future development of Chinese medicine standardization. [Methods] The study was carried out by analyzing the standard documents and literature on the technical operation standards of Chinese medicine. [Results] At present,China has formulated 176 technical operation standards for traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),and the formulation process is relatively mature, but there are still some problems:such as less promotion, lower clinical applicability;lagging behind in updating and revising;consensus methods have their own characteristics, but there are still deficiencies in their application;quality evaluation is only related to the evaluation of clinical applicability, and there is no research on the evaluation of effects, lack of evaluation methods and evaluation index system;lack of TCM standardization talents and policy support, management and operation. There is a lack of standardized talents and policy support, and the management and operation mechanism is not perfect. It is recommended to strengthen the promotion and application efforts and carry out targeted promotion and application of operation standardization;improve the evaluation research, propose scientific and reasonable evaluation feedback methods, and construct the evaluation index system of operation standardization;promote the timely revision of operation standardization;improve the consensus method of forming opinions;and strengthen the cultivation of talents for formulating the operation standardization of Chinese medicine technology, policy support, and management mechanism. [Conclusion] There are certain problems in the current status of research on the operation standard of Chinese medicine technology, which need to be solved in time in order to better play the role of the operation standard of Chinese medicine technology. |
