Abstract
|
Based on the theory of "zangfu extraordinary connection",from the perspective of yin and yang attributes and meridian circulation in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this paper clarifies the pathological mechanism basis that the heart and gall bladder,the spleen and the small intestine,the liver and large intestine connected with each other in terms of qi and blood,disease transmission and mutual treatment. Moreover,according to the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome,we emphasize that attention should be paid to the application of treatment methods such as strengthening the spleen and stomach,regulating the intestines,nourishing the heart and mind,and regulating qi when selecting medicines,in order to provide new ideas for the Chinese medicine treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. |
