Abstract
|
Iron deficiency anemia is one of the common blood diseases. However, there are some shortcomings in the treatment, such as "high efficiency, low cure rate" and frequent recurrence of patients. The theory that the spleen and stomach are the source of qi and blood fully reflects the role of the spleen and stomach in the process of qi and blood. ZHANG Zhongjing used the treatment method of Ganwen Fuyang to replenish the middle-jiao of spleen and stomach. Based on this method, the treatment of iron deficiency anemia has achieved significant therapeutic effects. This article explores the etiology and pathogenesis of ischemic anemia. It is proposed that the key to clinical treatment of iron deficiency anemia is to strengthening the middle-jiao of spleen and stomach by using Ganwen, and supplementing qi and blood. At the same time,it emphasizes the importance of eliminating the etiology, regulating and rehabilitation treatment, significant therapeutic effects can only be achieved through comprehensive prevention and treatment. |
