Abstract
|
According to Chinese medicine, chronic heart failure, also known as "lung distension, asthma, palpitations, and heart water",is the severe and continuous stage of many cardiac illnesses. Chinese medicine has shown remarkable efficacy in improving the symptoms and long-term prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure. The pathological factors of chronic heart failure have a close relationship with the production and transformation of qi,blood and water, and that the spleen and lungs are closely related to the heart and are important organs for the formation and metabolism of qi,blood and water,so chronic heart failure can be treated clinically from the spleen and lungs. |
