| [Objective] To summarize the clinical advantages and acupoint selection rules of acupuncture combined with medicine for the treatment of pneumonia and to explore the optimal treatment plans.[Methods] Clinical research literatures from 2003 to 2023 AD was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science and Scopus databases. Excel 2021 was used to create a database and to carry out acupoint frequency analysis. Association rule analysis was performed using SPSS Modeler 18.0,Gephi 0.10 was used to construct the model and perform complex network analysis.[Results] Acupuncture combined with medicine for the treatment of pneumonia primarily aims to improve the patient's related inflammatory markers. Traditional acupuncture was the primary intervention. The acupoints used with highest frequency were:Zusanli(ST36),Lieque(LU7),Feishu(BL13),Sanyinjiao(SP6) and Fenglong(ST40). The main meridian was the lung meridian,and the specific acupoints were mostly selected from "Wushu" point and "Yuan" point. The association rule showed that the acupoints combination with the highest correlation was Zusanli(ST36)-Sanyinjiao(SP6),followed by Zusanli(ST36)- Quchi(LI11);the 28 core acupoints and 2 types of core acupoint associations were obtained by complex network k-core hierarchical analysis and association analysis. According to the analysis of the importance of acupoints,the top 6 acupoints were Hegu(LI4),Lieque(LU7),Quchi(LI11),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zhongfu(LU1),and Zusanli(ST36).[Conclusion] The clinical advantage of combining acupuncture with medication in treating pneumonia lies in suppressing systemic inflammatory responses. The selection of acupoints primarily focuses on the lung meridian,with core acupoint prescriptions including Hegu(LI4),Lieque(LU7),Quchi(LI11),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zhongfu(LU1),Zusanli(ST36),Feishu(BL13) and Fenglong(ST40). |
