| Abstract

| Aplastic anemia is a type of disease characterized by exhaustion of bone marrow hematopoietic function and is one of the common disorders in the blood system. Chinese medicine categorizes this condition as "blood syndrome",suilao based on its symptoms. In treatment,it is important not to simply tonify deficiency and invigorate blood. Through years of clinical practice and continuous exploration,it has been concluded that the pathogenesis is based on 'spleen and kidney deficiency,particularly closely related to the kidneys;phlegm and blood stasis serve as the manifestations,and both aspects cannot be considered in isolation'. The treatment principles are centered around tonifying the kidney,with resolving phlegm,strengthening the spleen,promoting blood circulation,and removing blood stasis as supplements with achieving considerable clinical results. By integrating the etiology and pathogenesis of aplastic anemia,as well as syndrome differentiation and treatment,this paper summarizes the formation of the vein and the theoretical basis of the differentiation and treatment of "deficiency of spleen and kidney,phlegm turbidity,and blood stasis",providing a new direction for the treatment of aplastic anemia with traditional Chinese medicine. |
