| Abstract

| Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(CSR) is a common and common disease in clinical practice,and its incidence is the first among the six subtypes of cervical spondylosis. The theory of "Bone strengthening and tendon softening" is rooted in the Huangdi Neijing. From the perspective of this theory,the balance between tendons and bone has an important influence on the incidence of CSR. If the imbalance between muscles and bones,the tendons cannot be soft and the bones cannot be correct,which eventually leads to the incidence of CSR. Based on the theory of "Bone strengthening and tendon softening",this paper discusses the theoretical connotation of "Both bones and muscles are important" under the guidance of "equal bone and muscles",and discusses the manipulation and drug treatment of CSR,in order to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of CSR. |
