Abstract
Coronary heart disease unstable angina is a common type of angina pectoris, mainly manifested as recurrent pain in the anterior chest area, and in the frequency and degree of aggravation than before. In traditional Chinese medicine,it is classified under the categories of “chest paralysis” and “heart pain”. Based on the theory of “yang transforms qi and yin shapes it”,this paper believes that the root cause of chest paralysis and heart pain lies in the insufficiency of the function of “yang transforms qi”,which constitutes the pathogenesis of unstable angina pectoris, and the excess of the function of “yin shapes it”,which constitutes the pathogenesis of unstable angina pectoris. The function of “yin forming” is too much to form the water-drink,blood stasis, phlegm and turbidity stagnation in the heart, which constitutes the symptom of unstable angina pectoris, and this is called chest paralysis, which is the symptom of the disease of the deficiency of yang qi and the accumulation of yin evils,so the basic treatment should be warming yang, eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis in the heart, and the prescription is Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction to regulate yin and yang, and the combination of the clinical cases on the specific use of drugs is introduced. The specific medication will be introduced with clinical cases.
