| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To evaluate the main indications and dominant diseases of acupotomology therapy, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. [Methods] By retrieving Chinese and foreign biomedical databases include CNKI,WanFang Data,CBM,VIP,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane library,Web of Science,to collect clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs) on acupotomy therapy. The search date was from the establishment of the database to September 2023. The number of papers published in the disease system, the year of publication, the main indications, the dominant diseases, the total number of cases studied and the total clinical effective rate were counted and analyzed. [Results] A total of 1 745 articles were included. There were 232 main indications of acupotomy therapy, including 8 disease systems. Movement system diseases accounted for the first place, accounting for 74.57% of all indications, and other diseases accounted for the second place, accounting for 6.47%. There are 47 dominant diseases. The dominant diseases and indications are mainly concentrated in the movement system, especially represented by knee osteoarthritis, lumbar disc herniation and cervical spondylosis, and the remaining systems are less distributed. [Conclusion] At present, the indications of acupotomy therapy are extensive, and the indications and dominant diseases are concentrated in the motor system, but they are still changing and innovating, and the disease spectrum has great room for development. |
