| Abstract
|
| Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a chronic immune-mediated rheumatic disease characterized by synovitis and joint destruction, posing significant physical and psychological challenges to patients and adversely impacting their quality of life. This article provides a comprehensive review and analysis of the pathogenic factors of RA based on recent domestic and international literature. The primary pathogenic mechanisms of RA have been identified as the immune mechanism and inflammatory response. In addition to exploring the roles of T cells,B cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and fibroblast-like synovial cells, the metabolic products and enzymes associated with RA have also been examined. Currently, the treatment method of Western medicine mainly focuses on suppressing immunity, but it is difficult to truly cure. In contrast, there is a growing prevalence of traditional Chinese medicine interventions for the treatment of RA. |
