| Abstract
|
| myocardial fibrosis(MF) is a common pathological change in the development of multiple cardiovascular diseases,characterized by abnormal proliferation of cardiac fibroblasts(CFs) and extracellular matrix(ECM) over deposition and abnormal distribution. Although MF seriously endangers people’s health,there are no specific therapeutic drugs and methods for this pathological change at present. In this paper,the pathological mechanism,molecular mechanism and biological signaling pathway of MF are systematically reviewed,and the Chinese medicines that have the effect of improving myocardial fibrosis in clinical and basic studies are summarized,which provides a scientific research basis for the subsequent development of novel anti-MF therapeutic drugs. |
