| Coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression belongs to the category of “double heart medicine”, which is caused by the heart itself and mental psychology, and its occurrence and development conform to the physiological-psychological-social model. Based on the conclusion that “deficiency of heart qi leads to sadness” in Su Wen, this paper analyzes the role of sadness and aspiration in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease and concludes that deficiency of heart qi is the root cause of coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression. Sadness is the key factor leading to coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression, and blood stasis is the necessary link for the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. The integrated prevention and treatment concept of Tongxian blood vessel is trinity, and the etiology, pathogenesis and progression factors of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression are analyzed in multiple directions and angles. In order to further improve the clinical efficacy and improve the prognosis of the guiding significance. |
