| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To investigate the current status of clinical and pharmacological research on Shengmai-based Chinese patent medicines for cardiovascular diseases, and to identify the hotspots, frontiers, and development trends in this field. [Methods] Relevant literature on Shengmai-based Chinese patent medicines for cardiovascular diseases was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database. Bibliometric analyses of authors, institutions, and keywords were conducted using CiteSpace software, and the distribution of intervention measures and outcome indicators was illustrated by bubble charts. [Results] A total of 665 articles were included. Among Shengmai-based medicines,Shengmai Injection had the highest number of related studies. These medicines were mainly applied to cardiovascular diseases such as heart failureand coronary heart disease. Outcome indicators primarily focused on clinical efficacy and cardiac function evaluation. [Conclusion] Comprehensive analysis reveals multiple core author groups in the research field of Shengmai-based Chinese patent medicines for cardiovascular diseases;however,cross-team collaboration remains insufficient. Enhanced cross-regional cooperation and communication are recommended. Keyword analysis demonstrates close integration between pharmacological and clinical research. Research topics primarily include disease-specific studies, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapies, mechanism exploration, and distribution of outcome indicators. Clinical efficacy remains the primary hotspot, whereas mechanism studies represented by myocardial apoptosis and cardiac protection effects of Shengmai-based medicines represent emerging hotspots and frontiers for future research. |
