| Abstract
|
| The thoughts on six-meridian model and syndrome differentiation and treatment of dampness in Shizheng Fawei are exceptional. In terms of etiology and pathogenesis, Shizheng Fawei innovatively proposed theories including“YiqiShuihuo,Shuishi Sangang,Tanyin Shuishi Sibian,Yishi Qiyuan”. As for the law of transmission, dampness syndrome starts from taiyin ,and the general transmission can be divided into the“water path”of taiyin-taiyang-shaoyin and the“fire path”of taiyin -yangming-shaoyang-jueyin,and there are special transmissions such as“reverse transmission”,“crossing the meridian”and“combined disease”. In the treatment, Shizheng Fawei treat dampness diseases of six meridians through taiyin ,who advocated“open four doors, rotate the kun”and self-created Shenshi Heli Tang. And he used the clinical methods of treating cold as well as dampness, combination of warm and hydragogue, dispelling dampness to isolate heat, direct repulsion with bitter-cold,coupling hardness with softness and so on according to the difference of the transmission. Shizheng Fawei summarized and developed the theory of six-meridian syndrome differentiation of dampness, which is of great significance for later researchers to systematically analyze the theoretical basis and treatment ideas of dampness in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),and promote the clinical application of six-meridian syndrome differentiation. |
