| Abstract
|
| On the basis of inheriting the previous experience of valuing yin fluid,ZHANG Xichun combined with the theory of spleen and stomach, and emphasized nourishing spleen yin in clinical practice. ZHANG Xichun believed that the spleen is the longest of the three yin,and sufficient spleen yin is necessary to irrigate various organs. If spleen yin deficiency is damaged,it can lead to deficiency of yin fluid in other organs, causing various diseases to arise. In clinical medication,it is advocated to nourish the spleen yin with sweet and light, nourish the spleen yang with sweet and warm, and nourish the spleen yin with sweet and bitter. The method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis should be flexibly applied. When decocting drugs,it is recommended secondary decoction and decoction in large quantities with medicinal juice. And make good use of dietary therapy to regulate spleen yin and balance stomach qi. |
