| Abstract

| [Objective] To evaluate the research progress and hotspots of Shenyan Kangfu Tablets(Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets) by analyzing publication trends,collaboration networks,keyword co-occurrence,and clustering patterns. [Methods] The China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) and Web of Science(WOS) core databases were searched using the keywords “Shenyan Kangfu Tablets” and “Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets” for articles published between January 1,1995 and March 1,2025. After data cleaning,CiteSpace(6.2.6),VOSviewer(1.6.18),and Excel 2021 were used to generate visual maps of publication output,institutional collaboration,author co-occurrence,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and timelines. [Results] Seven English articles were retrieved but excluded due to insufficient data for statistically valid network analysis. A total of 515 Chinese articles were initially retrieved;after deduplication and screening,459 were included. Annual publication output showed a trend of “rapid growth followed by fluctuation.” The three most productive authors were He Liqun,Wang Tao,and Yu Junwen. The top three institutions were Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The most frequent keywords were “Shenyan Kangfu Tablets”,“diabetic nephropathy” and “proteinuria.” Cluster analysis yielded 10 clusters,and burst detection identified 19 keywords,with emerging hotspots including “inflammatory factors” and “inflammatory response.” [Conclusion] Research output on Shenyan Kangfu Tablets has fluctuated over time. Author collaboration remains relatively fragmented,and inter-institutional communication is limited. Existing literature confirms that Shenyan Kangfu Tablets significantly improve proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy and alleviate renal injury. Current research hotspots focus on clinical management of diabetic nephropathy and its complications,network pharmacology,and multi-target synergistic mechanisms. |
