| Abstract
|
| The study examines the convergence between modern health management principles and the “Biao-Ben harmony” theory from Huangdi Neijing, highlighting its contemporary relevance in emphasizing individual variability, preventive care, and mind-body integration. By analyzing current developments and trends in artificial intelligence(AI):enhanced health management through the theoretical framework of “Biao-Ben harmony”,authors explore AI’s transformative potential across three dimensions:data processing, temporal dynamics, and practical applications. AI technologies present unprecedented opportunities to modernize and operationalize this ancient theory, offering sustainable health guidance for contemporary populations. Authors propose an innovative “three-primary-three-secondary” model for future health management ecosystems:1) prioritizing self-health management with professional care as supplement. 2) emphasizing disease prevention over treatment. 3) focusing on lifestyle regulation rather than pharmacological intervention. This paradigm aims to achieve holistic health stewardship and elevate public health literacy, thereby providing theoretical foundations for advancing China’s national “comprehensive health” initiative. |
