| patients were chosen according to the diagnostic criterion of RA. They were divided into two groups:the treatment group with Xiaofeng Chushi Capsule and the control group with Glucosidorum Triplergii Tororum(GTT). The objective of this article was to observe the total curative effect,the influence on rest pain,pressure pain,swelling and joint function,and the changes of immune index in peripheral blood and rheology index. The results showed that the total curative effect of these two groups was similar,and the total effective rate was more than 80 percent evaluated by both doctors and patients. The rest pain and the pressure pain of joint in the treatment group have been improved greatly and it was superior to that in the control group,P<0.05. There was an obvious difference on joint swelling,improving joint function,lower,moderate,high shearing rate on the level of TNFα and IL-1 in serum,and blood viscosity,P<0.01. There was no difference of treatment of blood cell,liver function and kidney function,P<0.05. It is concluded that Xiaofeng Chushi Capsule can treat rest pain,pressure pain,swelling,and improve joint function effectively. It is safety. Its mechanism of curative effect is associated with adjusting immune factor network of human body by lowering blood immune index,rheology index and level of blood sedimentation. |
