Objective:To investigate the effect of FangQi capsule on the level of blood uric acid and lowering blood pressure in EH (accumulation of phlegm in the body).Method:61 cases were divided into 2 groups,a treating group in FangQi capsule,and a controll group in Norvasc. The period of treatment lasted 6 weeks. The level of blood uric acid,arterial pressure and symptoms in TCM were observed.Result:The level of blood uric acid decreased obviously and peak ratio increased distinctly in treating group. The integral of TCM symptoms in treating group is superior to that in controll group (P<0.05).Conclusion:FangQi capsule can improve the level of blood uric acid and lower blood pressure steadily,and clinical symptoms can be improved obviously.
