Abstract
Objective:To research the protective mechanism of the extract of Chinese medicine elan-sen root called cinnabar phenic acid B in treating myocardial ischemic by protecting cardiac microvascular endothelial cell (CMEC).Methods:Based on the mechanism of ischemic preconditioning, preconditioned cinnabar phenic acid B was studied to observe the protective mechanism of CMEC,by the model of anoxic-reoxygenation.Results:The effect of preconditioned cinnabar phenic acid B is similar with that of anoxic preconditioning, which can enhance the survival rate of CMEC and the activity of SOD,and decrease the level of LDH and NO.Conclusion:Preconditioned cinnabar phenic acid B can stimulate the protective effect of ischemic preconditioning for CMEC and exert the effect of treating ischemic and anoxic.
