| Abstract

| Objective:To found the methodology of treating bronchial tuberculosis by using transluminal hyacinth bletilla gel through air passage.Methods:Some experiments have been done,including the bacteriostasis tuberculosis drug-resistant strain in vitro,preparation of transluminal hyacinth bletilla gel,pharmacokinetics experimnet of perfusion of target bronchus,subcutaneous implantation and oral administration by using transluminal hyacinth bletilla gel in dogs.Two cases are observed.Results:The bacteriostasis tuberculosis drug-resistant strain can be inhibited with the increasing of drug concentration.Dispensing of hyacinth bletilla gel is gained.The methodology of bronchus perfusion is founded.The result of pharmacikinetics shows that bronchus perfusion is better than oral administration after 60 hours.The curative effect is satisfactory.Conclusion:It is an effective method to treat bronchial tuberculosis by using fiberbronchoscope combined with transluminal technology and Chinese herb hyacinth bletilla combined with antiphthisic drugs,which can make the drugs release slowly in trachea and bronchus. |
