Abstract
Objective:To study the essence of blood stasis symptom and the mechanism of herbs used to activate blood flow and remove blood stasis. Methods:Two kinds of experiments were taken on chemctaxis wandering ability of white blood cells in vitro (48 holes minor chemotaxis room (AC-48) and Transwell Corning Costar). We observed the chemotaxis wandering ability of peripheral monocyte of patients with blood stasis symptom and healthy people, and the influence of protocatechualdehyele on it(37℃,40µg/ml,15minutes).Results:The chemotaxis wandering ability of peripheral monocyte of patients with blood stasis symptom was greatly improved, compared with that of healthy people.P<0.01.Protocatechual dehyde can reduce the chemotaxis wandering ability of monocyte of patients with booel stasis symptom(P<0.01)and healthy people(P<0.05).Conclusion:The chemotaxis wandering ability of patient with blood stasis symptom is improved, and can be reduced by protocatechualdehyde.
