| Abstract

| Objective:To study the mechanism of modulation on treating endometriosis(EMT).Method:Experimental EMT rat models were made by surgical transplantation. All rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:FuTongNing treating group,normal control group,model control group and TongJingWan control group. The following indexes were examined:the level of β-endothelin(β-EP) and dynorphin(DynA-13) in rat’s pituitary,thalamencephalon and ectopic endometrium,the level of endothelin(ET-1) in serum.Results:The indexes of FuTongNing treating group were higher than other groups obviously.Conclusion:FuTongNing plays a role of integral modulation on treating EMT by taking effect on neuroendorine system. |
