Abstract
    Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of TCM on purpura nephropathy. Methods: On the basis of the principle of differentiating symptoms and signs and treating both the principal and secondary aspects 96 patients from purpura complicated with nephropathy were treated using Chinese herbs with function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Results: Of these patients, the obvious effective rate was obtained in 46.88% and the effective rate in 39.58%. The total effective rate was 86.45%.Conclusion: This method had satisfactory and persistent therapeutic action without side effect.
