| Abstract

| Objective: To provide a warranty of quality control for Paidu Yangyan capsule. Methods: Microscopic identification of the main herbs in the prescription was carried out. Simultaneously, thin-layer chromatography(TLC)was adopted for making a qualitative identification about Da Huang(Rhubarb), He Ye(Lotus leaf)and Qing Yang Shen(Green yangshen).Results: A same result of both methods was obtained. Conclusion: This method could be used for quality control of Paidu Yangyan capsule. |
