Abstract
|
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Dengzhanhua Injection for treating coronary heart disease. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly and blindly assigned to receive routine oral dilational medicine for coronary artery plus Dengzhanhua Injection in treatment group (n=30) and dilational medicine alone in control group (n=30). Results: The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 83.3% and 53.3% respectively with significant difference (P<0.05). Both of these two methods could markedly increase SOD and lower LPO in blood. Obvious difference was found between these two groups (P<0.05). For changes of ECG and blood rheology, the effective rates were 80%, 53.3% and 86.7%, 63.3% and the comparison of both parameters between two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of combined use of Dengzhanhua Injection and routine administration of dilational medicine for coronary disease is better than that of the latter alone. |
