| Abstract

| Objective: To observe the effect of Yangxin San on myocardial necrosis. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group, model group, treatment group and prevention group. Microvascular-diamete, blood flow condition, hemodynamic change of blood velocity in mice ear and myocardial pathology were observed. Results: The changes of above parameters in treatment and prevention group were superior to those in model group. Conclusion: Yangxin San has a certain effect on improving microcirculation and preventing and treating cardiovascular dysfunction. |
