| Abstract

| Objective: To study the quality control of Qingfei Yihuo Tablet. Methods: The main ingredients in this tablet were Huangqin glucoside, Dahuang and Zhizi. The content of Huangqin glucoside was examined with HPLC using ODS column, and methanol-water-phosphoric acid (50:60:0.2) as mobile phase. Dahuang and Zhizi were differentiated qualitatively with TLC. Results: The mean recovery rate was 101.2% and RSD 1.58% with HPLC. Clear atlas of qualitative differentiation and good reappearance were obtained with TLC. Conclusion: This method is convenient, practicable and has well specialty. So the quality can be controlled effectively. |
