| Abstract

| Objective: To observe the resistance of Lizhong Decoction against genetic toxicity of CTX (Cyclophosphamide). Methods:Micronucleus (MN) and sister chromatic exchange (SCE) in mice bone marrow cells were used as indexes in this experiment. Simultaneously the mechanism was explored using mice serum SOD as index.Results: Lizhong Decoction could obviously inhibit the high MN rate and SCE due to CTX.Conclusion: Lizhong Decoction has obvious inhibiting effect on genetic toxicity caused by CTX. |
