Abstract
|
Objective: To study the clinical effect on angina pectoris with Qi stagnation and blood stasis by using the method of treating the heart and the liver simultaneously. Methods: 67 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (n=36, given self-prescribed Shugan Huayu Decoction) and control group (n=31, given modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction). In both groups, one decoction was taken each time, twice a day and 21 days was a course. Cholesterol, triglyceride in serum and ECG were tested before and after treatment. And the severity, frequency and duration of angina attack were recorded at the same time. Results: 1) The total effective rate of the improvement of clinical symptoms in treatment group was 91.67% and in control group was 67.74%. There was an obvious difference between them (P<0.05). 2) The total effective rate of the improvement of ECG in treatment group was 58.33%, in control group was 32.26%. There was an obvious difference between them (P<0.05). Conclusion: The method of treating the heart and the liver simutaneouly is superior to the method of promote blood circulation and removing blood stasis alone. |
