Influence of Tiaozhi Huayu Fang on the Resistance of Plasma Endothelina and Insulin in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Accompanied with Hyperlipemia

Abstract
    Objective: To study the influene of Tiaozhi Huayu Fang on the resistance of plasma endothelin and insulin in patients with coronary heart disease accompanied with hyperlipemia. Methods: There were 2 groups: treatment group(30 cases with hyperlipemia)and control group(17 healthy volunteers).Tiaozhi Huayu Fang was given to the patients in treatment group.7 indexes including Tc(total cholesterol),TG(triglyceride),LDL_C(high_density liprotein),LDL_D(low_density lipoprotein),ET(endothelin),FINS(fasting insulin),BMI(body mass index)and ISI(insulin sensitive index)were tested before and after treatment simultaneously in both groups.Results: 1)There was an obvious difference between these two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).And in treatment group,there was also a marked difference before and after treatment (P<0.05).2)There was an obvious differenec of ET,FINS,ISI,between both groups(P<0.05).And there was an obvious difference of ET,ISI in treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Therapeutic effect of Tiaozhi Huayu Fang on patients with coronary heart disease accompanied with hyperlipemia can be established by lowering blood_lipid,improving vascular endothelial function,decreasing endothelin releasing and improving the resistence to insulin.
