Abstract
|
Objective: To study the quality control standard of the water soluble polysaccharide in Sangye (leaf Folium Mori). Methods: The content of water-soluble polysaccharide in Sangye was detected by spectrophotometry and AB-8 resin extraction technique. Results: The average productive rate was 32.96%(s=2.095). There was no obvious difference between the productive rates of polysaccharide in Sangye by using this technique (P>0.05). By spectrophotometry, in 620 nm medicinal effectiveness could be found with 0.598~0.699 in absorbance (A). Conclusion: This technique can be a standard of quality control of polysaccharide. |
