| Abstract

| Objective: To establish the quality control of Qingre Qushi Capsule. Methods: After Kushen (Radix Sophorae Flavescentis) in this capsule was idetified the content of matrine and sophocarpine was detected by TLC.Results: Kushen could be differentiated by TLC. The change of matrine and sophocarpine determined by TLC had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5～3 μg(r=0.998,r=0.994). The average recovery rate was 101.4%,102.1% and RSD was 2.7%,2.1% respectively. Conclusion: The quality of Qingre Qushi Capsule can be controlled by this accurate and reliable technique. |
