| Abstract

| Objective: To discuss the influenu of Huangqi(Radix Astragali)Injection and Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)Injection on the epithelial cells of gastric mucosa in rats.Methods: 70 rats were divided into model group 1,model group 2 treatment 1 group,treatment 2 group and normal group.From 9 to 31 weeks Huangqi Injection were injected on Zusanli in treatment 1 group and 2 seperately.Then the gastric pathological test was done,and the main organelles in gastric epithelial cells was analyzed quantitatively.Results: The lesion of gastric mucosa was more serious in model 2 group than in model 1 group.In gastric mucosa,the mitochondrion was degenerated and the intercellular space was enlarged(P<0.05).Acupoint injection in this experiment could treat gastric precancerours lesion by improving the funcion of gastric epithelial cell,shortening the intercellular space and protecting the gastric barrier(P<0.05).Conclusion: The lesions of gastric epithelical cells are associated with the lesion of gastric barrier and gastric precancer.Acupoint injection can prevent the gastric precancerous lesion effectively by improving the structure and function of epithelial cells and protecting the gastric barrier. |
