| Abstract

| Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of XZC on pulmonary heart disease with blood stasis. Method: 40 cases were divided into 2 groups: the treatment group (given XZC) and the control group (given bowel-soluble aspirin) with 28 to 30 days a course. Symptoms, signs and indexes of blood routine test and rheology were recorded before and after treatment. Result: The total effects were 95% and 70% in treatment group and control group respectively, and there was an obvious difference between them (P<0.05). The indexes of blood rheology, blood platelet, fibrinogen in both groups were improved, but difference between them were obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion: XZC provides an effective and safe method to treat pulmonary heart disease of blood stasis type with fewer side effects. |
