Abstract
Objective: To observe the influence of SalB on rats’ CMEC injured by TNF-α. Method: The technique of culture in vitro for CMEC was used and the model induced by TNF-α was established. The indexes including content of LDH, ET and MDA and the protective effect of SalB were observed. Result: SalB could lower the activity of LDH and the content of MDA and had a tendency of lower the secretion of ET. Conclusion: SalB has a direct protective effect on CMEC injured by TNF-α. Its mechanism can be associated with the effects of stabilizing cell membrane and inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
