| Objective: To study the optimization of the extraction technique of XTG. Method: The content of baicalin and jasminoidin was adoptedas the indexes.The method of orthogonaldesign was chosen.And it was compared with there sult of swilling experiment of mice ear due to crotonoil. Result: The best extraction technique was using decoction in 14 times water and extraction for 2 hours and twice. Conclusion: It is passable to optimize the extraction by using the method of orthogonal design and pharmacodynamics. |
