Abstract
Objective: To establish the method for determine the deoxycholic acid in porcine bile paste by HPLC. Method: YWGL C18 chromatographic column (4.6mm×250mm, 10μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (18:20) with flow rate 1.0 mL per min. Result: The average sample recovery rate was 98.83%. RSD=0.81% (n=6). The linear range was 10-100 μg with α=0.9996. Conclusion: This is a method for quality control of porcine bile paste with simple manipulation and accurate result.
