Abstract
    Hyperlipemia was the pathological state of blood-lipid. Improper diet and maladjustment of work and rest were the exopathic factors of this disease. Kidney essence deficiency and kidney yang deficiency were its endopathic factors. The basic pathogenesis was the disorder of the spleen and the dysfunction of differentiating pure substance from turbid substance. And the main pathological products were dampness and turbid substance, retention of phlegm and blood stasis.
