Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the chemotaxis and migration changes of peripheral blood monocyte (PBMNC) and neutrophil (NEU) in cases with blood stasis and interference effect of Chinese materia medica (Huangqi Danshen Granule),which can tonify qi and promote blood circulation. To study the mechanism of the attacking of blood stasis and the effect of Chinese materia madica.[Methods] After treating with Huangqi Danshen Granule, the PBMNC and NEU, migrated across polycarbonate membrane and manoendotheliocyte layer were accounted.[Results] The chemotactic and migrating ability changes of PBMNC and NEU in cases with blood stasis lowered obviously.[Conclusion] The blood stasis may be associated with inflammatory reaction. The Chinese materia medica can relieve the blood stasis by lowering the inflammation reaction. |
