| Abstract

| [Objective] To study the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbs on male infertility.[Methods] 38 male cases belonging to kidney yang deficiency with infertility were chosen according to the diagnostic standard of oligospermia. Jinkui Shengqi Wan (JSW) was taken orally. The seminal fluid was analyzed and FSH (follicle stimulating hormone), LH (luteinizing hormone), T (testosterone), PRL (prolactin) and E2 (estradiol 2) were detected before and after treatment.[Results] The total effective rate was 92.1%. The mobile rate, mobility of sperm, and sperm count were all improved. The contents of FSH, LH and T were enhanced obviously.[Conclusion] JSW can improve the sperm quality and has a good effect on male infertility with kidney yang deficiency. |
