| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of combining using of Shenmai Injection and Compound Danshen Injection on congestive heart failure.[Methods] One hundred and twenty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The routine treatment was given to both groups, with the except for use Shenmai Injection and Compound Danshen Injection were also used intravenously once a day, for two weeks in treatment group.[Results] The improvement of symptoms, signs, heart function and corresponding parameters in treatment group was superior to that in control group, with obvious difference between them. No toxic and side effect was found in the treatment course.[Conclusion] There is a good therapeutic effect of treating congestive heart failure by combining using of Shenmai Injection and Compound Danshen Injection with no side effect. |
