| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To research the difference of different extracts of Compound Danshen Formula in the treatment of myocardial ischemia.[Methods] The model was made by the ligation of coronary artery. The indexes such as the area of myocardial ischemia, cardiac muscle enzyme, free radical were used to observe the effect of Compound Danshen Tablet and Compound Danshen Dripping Pill against myocardial ischemia.[Results] Twenty-one hours after ligation of descending anterior branch, the necrotizing area was 60.35% and the content of LDH was (2552.7±268.3) u/L in the treatment group, which was superior to that in control group, (P<0.01). After treating with Compound Danshen Tablet (1.04, 2.08, 4.13 g/kg material herbs) the necrotizing area was improved and the content of LDH was lowered, (P<0.01). The effect of dripping pill was better than that of tablet with equal dosage. Twenty-one hours after ligation the ST segment was lower than that in model group. The content of SOD in plasma was lower after ligation, and it could be enhanced by using both of the fomulas and isosorbide dinitrate. There was a difference with model group. And the effect of tablet (2.08 g/kg) was the best.[Conclusion] Two extracts of Compound Danshen Fomula have an anti-myocardial ischemia effect. |
