| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To research the therapeutic effect of TangshenqingⅠon diabetic nephropathy(DN). [Method] Forty patients were divided into group A(given Captopril)and group B(given Captopril and TangshenqingⅠ)randomly.Before and after treatment blood sugar,blood-lipid,blood creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine clearance rate(Cr),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),urinary albumin/24h and urinary protein/24h were detected.t-test was used for statistic analy-sis. [Result] Early urinary microprotein and clinical urinary protein of DN were lowered in both groups(P<0.05)and more obvious in group B(P<0.01).TangshenqingⅠcould decrease Cr at early stage(P<0.05).It could also lower cholesterol,triglyceride and enhance HDL concentration(high density lipoprotein)(P<0.05). [Conclusion] TangshenqingⅠassociated with basic treatment Captopril has a better effect than basic treatment only. |
