Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the influence of Qingre Huazhi Granule(clearing away the heat and removing the food stagnation)on gastrin(GAS)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in mouse with heat due to food stagnation. [Method] The content of GAS and VIP in plasma and the tissue of small intestine of each group were detected by radioimmunoassay simultaneously. [Result] In model group the content of GAS was lower in plasma and small intestine tissue and VIP in small intestine tissue increased. After treatment with Qingre Huazhi Granule GAS but VIP,was increased with an obvious dif-ference with that in model group. [Conclusion] The mechanism of Qingre Huazhi Granule treating pediatric food stagnation is associated with modulation of GAS secretion and improvement of gastrointestinal peristalsis. |
