Influence of Huoxue Ruanjian Principle on pathology and cytokine of renal tissue and cyotodine in rabbits with membranous nephropathy

Abstract
    [Objective] To observe the influence of Huoxue Ruanjian Principle on renal histomorphology and cytokine in rabbits with membranous nephropathy. [Method] Forty male white rabbits were divided into 4 groups:control group,model group,Leigongteng group and Huoxue Ruanjian group.The model was made according to Borde Mehtod.The drug was given to each corresponding group with normal saline in the control and model group. [Result] Ruanjian Huoxue Decoction could decrease the formation of immunocomplex in situ,the thickness of the basement membrane and prevent the formation of capillary microthrombus in crescent and glome rulus.It could also inhibit the activity of TNF-α,decrease the content of IL-1,IL-6 and PAF in plasma. [Conclusion] Huoxue Ruanjian Principle can ameliorate the production and development of glomerular necrosis by eliminating the pathological injury to glomerulus of rabbit with membranous nephritis.
