Abstract
|
[Objective] To research the influence of 2 methods of Xingnao Kaiqiao(awaking brain and open orifice)and regulating and supplementing qi and blood on behavior of SAMP10. [Method] Experiment of Shuttle to and fro was done before and after treatment.Times,and interval of received electric attack and times of active reactive movement of SAMP10were recorded. [Result] Before and after treatment all behavior indexes showed a marked difference between SAMP10 and SAMR1,which were6months,(P<0.01).No difference was found between each group of P10(P>0.05).All the indexes in Xingnao Kaiqiao group and regulating and supplementing qi and blood group were improved obviously(P<0.05,P<0.01)with a marked difference with each R1 group(P<0.01).There were no differences between these 2 methods(P>0.05). [Conclusion] P10is a better animal model for SAM than R1since its study and memory ability is lowered than animals of same age.Both of these 2 treatments can improve the ability of SAMP10. |
