| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the safety of Changyanling I enema. [Method] The influence of mices ordinary condition,behavior,weight,blood routine test,urinary routine test,biochemical examination and the histology of organs was de-tected. [Result] Changyanling I had no acute or chronic toxic effect on the mice. [Conclusion] It is safe and reliable to treat ulcerative colitis with Changyanling I. |
